Hmmm... something's just not right. She's a pretty girl, but this look isn't adding up, maybe her ear sticking out of the head scarf, or the funky arm, I don't know... the makeup is great though. I'm leaning closer to not cute than cute, but only b/c I know she can do much better.
I don't like the way the scarf is placed on her head. I think it would have looked better placed a little further back on the forehaed. Other than that, I think she looks cute.
